Mobilizing Leadership Board Game Challenge – Engaging Membership Experience for 2023-24 Forum Planning

We invite you to participate in a unique leadership experience for St. Louis Forum members!
We are working with The Morse Group, a local firm that specializes in Strategy, Culture and Action-based Leadership Experiences, to facilitate a fun, energetic, and creative program for 2023-24 St. Louis Forum planning. Our goal through this engagement is to bring our membership together in new ways to co-create ideas and insights to inform and enable our existing FY2022-FY2026 Strategic Plan.
Using the structure of their unique Mobilizing Leadership Board Game Challenge, teams will co-create through an analytic and creative process to define key elements that explore how potential challenges, opportunities, and solutions live within the context of our strategic plan. The platform uses their SOCiT® process (See it, Own it, Create within it) to drive ownership through the collaborative process. The diverse composition of our forum membership will fuel new insights, innovative ideas, and thinking to enable our strategic actions going forward.
Please join us on Thursday, June 8 from 2:00 - 5:30 pm. Our capacity is capped at a maximum of 80 participants so please RSVP at your earliest convenience (first-come, first-served).
