The Women’s Foundation of Greater St. Louis released its 4th Annual Women in Workplace Employment Scorecard in fall 2020. By recognizing employers who demonstrate a strong commitment to women in the workplace, the Women in the Workplace: Employment Scorecard incentivizes organizations to improve their policies and practices for female employees while also researching and promoting best practices to recruit, retain, and advance women. The 2020 survey featured a new section exploring employers’ policies, practices, and resources in response to the COVID -19 crisis.
