Caryn Dugan, founder of the Center for Plant-Based Living, is back in January to demonstrate the top 10 culinary basics to help us prepare healthy meals in this New Year while educating on nutrition.
Caryn Dugan is the founder of CPBL. “The Center for Plant-Based Living is the country's first plant-based education and nutrition culinary center offering in-person and virtual plant-based cooking classes and educational programs."
