With an emphasis on whole body movement, balance, coordination, and control, Mat Pilates will not only help you develop great posture and a rock-hard core, it will help you counter the wear and tear on your body from sitting all day, strengthen your spine, tone and lengthen your muscles and leave you feeling fit and strong.
Come join Cindy Bambini, new Forum Member and Balanced Body Certified Pilates Instructor, for a one hour workout. All you need is a yoga mat or thick towel and a sturdy, non-rolling household chair (ex – folding or ladderback.)
