We know women are underrepresented in positions of power. Some of us get there and some well deserving women do not. Holly Kasnetz is doing her PhD work on understanding what contributes to women getting a seat at “the big boy table.” She looks beyond the resume to the persona – the attributes successful women possess or develop that allows them to navigate the dynamics of male dominated organizations. Come learn what she is discovering in her research. What holds us back? What helps us succeed?
Holly Kasnetz serves as the Microsoft Client Director for large Healthcare Systems in the Midwest. She has decades of experience in healthcare sales, strategy, and negotiation.
Prior to joining Microsoft Nuance, Holly served as the VP of Business Development and Strategy for a software Incubation company- leading go-to-market strategy and collaborative partnerships. She's also directed clinical and business teams at Medtronic and Merck in the Diabetes and Cardiovascular major markets.
She has a BA in Marketing and Communication from Loyola University of Chicago; an MBA from Fontbonne. Holly is also a PhD candidate in Organizational Behavior and Leadership Studies at Gonzaga University.
Holly is a native St. Louisan with her husband. They have two grown sons. Over the last 30 years she's dedicated her extra time and talent to daily exercise, Stoic Philosophy and volunteering. For the last decade she has served as an active board member and reader for Ready Readers- engaging children from underserved communities in the joy of reading. Registration will close on one week prior to the event. Refunds are available to your prepay balance or original payment method prior the close of registration.
